The colorfy team conducted structured interviews and workshops with customers and key stakeholders to inform our approach. Relevant research with leading-edge, heavy users in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., helped us understand better and anticipate the evolution of their needs. We condensed what we learned into a strategic vision paper that enabled us to codify a clear and compelling business plan – which helped drive the product roadmap and the service’s evolution.
The main challenges for users we identified were short battery life – for the hotspot and their mobile devices – and limited connection speeds. We put both of these needs at the core of our design process.
